General Comments
When the waitress was asked to be careful to not spray sanitizer into foods, she explained that on the other days she does but since it''s Friday she will be throwing the foods out. Facility has been told previously to be sure to throw all foods on buffet out after each lunch. If the practice of reserving foods from buffet continues, fines and possible suspension of license may occur.
